Our team, and our offerings, have grown immeasurably in the 5 years since we first opened and we’re delighted to provide personal training sessions across our two locations and classes in our brand-new fitness studio. Our strength gym in the Annesborough Industrial Estate offers a well-equipped, huge space with top-of-the-line weights and exercise equipment, while our fitness studio on Union Street has been specially designed to offer personal classes in private spaces for all your fitness needs.
At Flexion Fitness, we believe in the power of regular exercise. Our team of expert personal trainers work with every level of gym goer – beginner to advanced. We make finding the right class for you and your level as easy as possible, and whether you want exercise classes, fitness classes, or strength training, our personal trainers have specialties in every aspect of working out. It doesn’t matter if you’re just looking to make a lifestyle change or if you’ve been going to the gym for years, we’re here to enhance your journey towards your goals, and there’s nothing that delights our team more than seeing you reach and exceed the ambitions that you first came in with.
Since 2016, we’ve been proud to offer a friendly and encouraging – but still serious! – gym experience inclusive for everyone from all walks of life. We’ll help you to set out a pathway to better fitness and aim to assist you to reach your goals, through our various exercise and fitness classes delivered by expert professionals.
The core of Flexion is our welcoming atmosphere, while maintaining our serious attitude to your exercise goals. Our exercise-specific classes are specially designed to be accessible to everyone and can be adjusted to fit your personal level. We offer a range of classes dedicated to improving your fitness and stamina regardless of your level. Our fitness classes take place in our top-of-the-range, private fitness studio which has been specially designed for classes and personal training, with private areas for both individual and small-group sessions. Our fitness-specific classes – at this time – include:

- Spinning Classes
