This programme is designed to help you learn the basics. It will take you step by step through the processes of cardio, strength training and how to use the various equipment. This programme will give you the foundations to be able to move on to another style of training.

PROGRAMME 1

This programme is designed to change your body and lifestyle over the course of 12 weeks. Throughout this program there will be a mixture of both cardio and weight training to help you get to your desired goal.

Phases: 1-4, 7-10 consists of supersets, high reps and short rest periods. These phases contain 4 days of workouts.
Phases: 5-6, 11-12 consists of supersets, high reps and short rest periods. These phases contain 5 days of workouts

PROGRAMME 1

Phases: 1-12 consists of supersets, a mixture of moderate to high reps and short rest periods. These phases contain 4 days of workouts.

Add-ons available: Video Calls, Nutritional Advice and Personal Training. The Program starts on the day of purchase and has to be completed within the time frame or it will disappear before you have completed it. If you need to pause the programme or extend it, please message us through the app.

This programme is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals from the comfort of your own home. Whether this may be your first steps into fitness to get you more comfortable before coming into a gym, or if you have your own home set up this programme will cover your at home workout needs.

Phases: Phases 1-6 consists of bodyweight and dumbbell exercises, cardiovascular exercises can be added in at your own leisure.

This programme is designed to focus on building your strength. Within this programme the rep ranges are lower (meaning that the weight being used should be heavier) and rest periods are longer.

This programme is designed to improve your endurance levels. Throughout this programme the rep ranges will be higher and sessions will have a higher intensity to build up your cardiovascular endurance.

This programme is designed for Ladies at any stage and any fitness level. This programme will incorporate a mixture of both cardio and weight training.
